Strataflows is an intelligence OS for revenue teams. It reads your Gong call transcripts to give reps deal prep, qualification scoring, and coaching intelligence. Read-only. Nothing is ever written back.

This is a Gong platform requirement. Individual reps cannot complete this connection.
What we read
- · Call transcripts

- · Record or initiate calls
- · Write or modify any Gong data
- · Access workspace admin settings
- · Store Gong credentials in the browser
- · Share transcripts outside your team’s Strataflows org
How to connect
Option A — Setup link (recommended, 60 seconds)
Your sales manager generates a one-time link from Strataflows Settings. You click it, authenticate with Gong, and close the tab. No Strataflows account needed.
Option B — Direct connect
If you have a Strataflows account with admin access, go to Settings → Integrations → Connect Gong.
Once connected, Strataflows syncs call transcripts every 30 minutes.
Security

- · Disconnect anytime from Settings — Strataflows deletes its stored tokens and the Gong data it ingested for your org
Disconnect
Any org admin can disconnect from Settings → Integrations. Strataflows deletes its stored OAuth tokens immediately, so it can no longer access Gong. To revoke the authorization on Gong's side, use your Gong admin settings. Disconnecting also removes the Gong data Strataflows ingested for your org — call records, transcripts, and the meetings created from them.
